Backorders Policy
We value your business and strive to keep you informed every step of the way. Our goal is to make the backorder process as transparent and accommodating as possible for all our valued customers. The following policy applies to backordered items:
Backorder Fulfillment
If an item you ordered is temporarily out of stock, you may choose to place it on a backorder. We will fulfill your backorder as soon as inventory becomes available. Your backorder will remain active, and we will not cancel it unless we are unable to provide a guaranteed estimated time of arrival (ETA), in which case we will contact you to discuss your options or the backorder exceeds 120 days. You may also modify or cancel your backorder at any time by reaching out to your Customer Experience Team. Â
Communication and Updates
Our Customer Experience Team & Sales Team will keep you informed with updates on the status of your backorder with your weekly orders. If at any point we are unable to provide a reliable ETA, we will contact you to discuss your options, which may include canceling the backorder or selecting an alternative product.
