Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Cut‑Off Times

Orders must be received by 3:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on the customer’s scheduled route day to ship on that route. Orders received after the daily cut‑off will be scheduled for a subsequent route day based on delivery location and routing availability. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding company‑observed holidays.

Route‑Day Shipping

Standard orders ship according to scheduled route days determined by delivery location. Route schedules may vary by geography and are subject to change based on volume, holidays, or carrier conditions. 

Customers may contact Customer Experience prior to ordering to confirm their assigned route day.

Order Minimums (Floral Wholesale Customers Only)

Route‑day shipments for floral wholesale customers require a minimum order of 150 cases. Orders below the minimum are subject to the following surcharges:

- 100–149 cases: $50

- 75–99 cases: $75

- 50–74 cases: $100

Orders below 50 cases may require alternate shipping methods and additional freight charges.

Shipping Methods & Delivery
Orders ship via common carrier or small‑parcel service depending on order size, weight, and destination. Expedited or special shipping requests may be available for an additional charge.

Additional Shipping Considerations
Additional fees may apply for liftgate service, residential delivery, limited‑access destinations, or other special handling requirements. Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery locations are accessible and able to receive shipments as scheduled.

Changes to This Policy
