Prebook Order Cancellation Policy

We appreciate your business and understand that plans can change. Our goal is to make the cancellation and modification process as clear and fair as possible for all our valued customers. The following policy applies to the cancellation of prebook orders

If you need to cancel a prebook order, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total order value will be applied to your account.

Our Customer Experience Team will review your request promptly and ensure the process is handled with care and consistency.

We recognize that unexpected situations can arise. If you are facing extenuating circumstances, please let us know and provide any relevant documentation. We will review your request thoughtfully on a case-by-case basis.

If you wish to adjust your prebook order, please contact us within the order entry window. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs, subject to availability. Please note that modifications cannot be made after the order window closes.
