• Pour Aquaplus solution into the center of a #6033 11" Designer Ring until the Aquafoam is soaked through. 

• Glue a length of #9 ribbon around  the outside of the tray.

• Glue a #900 Universal Base into  the center of the dish, using floral  adhesive or plastic cement.

• Position a # 904  21" Pillar  onto the Universal Base.  Insert a second Universal Base into  the top of the Pillar.

• Wrap the Pillar in a  criss-cross fashion using  two different ribbons in  coordinating colors.

• Glue a saturated #864  Standard Aquafoam  Double Cage onto the  second Universal Base.

• Add flowers top and  bottom as desired.
