2. Glue the bottoms of two #900 Universal Bases together using floral adhesive or plastic cement.

 

3. Apply a bead of floral adhesive or rubber cement around the perimeter of the raised ridge on the top Universal Base. Allow to set.

4. Dip the lower Universal Base into hot pan melt glue and insert into the saturated Aquafoam.

5. Place a #1780916 Hurricane chimney onto the upper Universal Base. The adhesive bead provides traction that helps keep the chimney from slipping. The Universal Base securely holds a taper candle.

6. Add flowers, foliage, and accessories as desired.
