• Glue a dry #6010 Aquafoam ® Standard Cylinder into a Jeweltone #37 9" Designer Dish using hot pan melt glue. Soak the dish and foam in Aquaplus solution.
• Insert short-stemmed flowers into the foam in a manner that resembles a frosted and decorated birthday cake. We've used white cushion, white button, and lavendar button spray chrysanthemums and pink spray roses.
• Insert birthday cake candles.
